Terms of Service

Dr. Profilerson ("the Service") provides profound behavioral analysis and information processing of text conversations. The Service uses algorithmic pattern recognition to generate personality insights, compatibility assessments, and behavioral observations. The Service is NOT a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. Results should not be used as the basis for important life decisions, diagnoses, or treatment plans. If you have serious concerns about your relationships or mental health, please consult a licensed professional.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on the analysis results. You acknowledge that the analysis is generated by algorithms and may contain inaccuracies or subjective interpretations. You use the results at your own risk and discretion.

The Service exclusively processes information and personal correspondence provided directly by the user. You bear full and sole legal liability for any data, messages, or content you upload for analysis. We process your chat texts in memory only for the purpose of generating the analysis. Original chat texts are NOT stored in our database, logs, cache, or file systems. After analysis is complete, the input text is permanently discarded. What we store: your account information (email, name), analysis results (without the original input), and transaction history. Analysis results are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. By submitting conversations for analysis, you confirm that: • You have the right to share the conversation content • You understand that the other party(ies) may not have consented to this analysis • You accept full responsibility for your decision to analyze the conversation • You are at least 18 years of age The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically on the original subscription date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Unused credits are preserved and can be used until they are depleted. Credits are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors where the Service fails to deliver a result. In such cases, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance. All payments are processed through LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment card details.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Last updated: February 2026. Version 1.0.
