We explicitly do NOT collect, store, or retain: • Chat texts or conversation content — processed in memory only and deleted immediately after analysis • Voice messages or audio files — deleted immediately after transcription • Raw IP addresses for tracking purposes • Payment card details — all payments handled by LemonSqueezy • Third-party tracking data — we do not sell or share your data with advertisers Your chat content never touches our database, logs, cache, or filesystem. It exists only in server memory during the analysis process.

Your data is used exclusively for: • Providing the analysis service (processing your request and returning results) • Maintaining your account and credit balance • Sending essential service notifications (password resets, payment confirmations) • Improving the Service (anonymized, aggregated usage statistics only) We do NOT: • Sell your data to third parties • Use your data for advertising or profiling • Share individual user data with anyone outside our team • Use your conversation content to train AI models

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time: 1. Go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account 2. Type "DELETE" to confirm 3. All your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted, including: - Account information - Analysis results and history - Transaction records - Consent records - All related data You can also contact us at support@profilerson.com to request data deletion. We also run automated cleanup jobs to ensure no temporary files persist beyond their intended lifecycle.

We use only essential cookies required for the Service to function: • Authentication tokens (to keep you logged in) • Locale preference (to remember your language) We do NOT use: • Third-party tracking cookies • Analytics cookies • Advertising cookies • Social media cookies
